Real Estate signing - $150 

As a National Notary Association certified loan signing agent I am fully equipped to assist with loan closing documents for a variety of purposes including: purchases, refinances, reverse mortgage and more. $150 fee includes travel costs, printing of documents (if needed) and any notarizations required.

Deed of trust signing - $75

A deed of trust, also called a trust deed, is the functional equivalent of a mortgage. It does not transfer the ownership of real property, as the typical deed does. Like a mortgage, a trust deed makes a piece of real property security (collateral) for a loan. If the loan is not repaid on time, the lender can foreclose on and sell the property and use the proceeds to pay off the loan. $75 fee includes travel costs, printing of documents (if needed) and any notarizations required.

Apostille service - $225 (+$75 per additional document)

An apostille is an authentication of public official signatures on documents to be used outside of the United States of America that is provided by the California Secretary of State. Since these can only be obtained by visiting the Secretary of State's office in Downtown Los Angeles the process can be cumbersome and time consuming. My service includes traveling to you to notarize the document(s), taking them to the Secretary of State's office for the apostille and bringing them back to you. $225 fee includes all travel costs, document printing (if needed), $26 apostille fee and notarizations required for one document. $75 fee per each additional document. 

Copy certification - $50

In California a notary public can certify copies of powers of attorney. A certified copy of a power of attorney that has been certified by a notary public has the same force and effect as the original power of attorney. $50 fee includes all travel costs, document printing (if needed) and any notarizations required. General notarization - fee varies

For any other document needing notarization that is not listed above please contact me for a free quote. Fee is $15 per notarized signature plus any travel and printing costs required.
